First Shift, Monday - Friday 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
You will be operating a punch press, stamping out metal pieces. Pay is based on piece rate. Each job has a set number of pieces that should be ran per hour. Any amount of parts that you run over that set number, increases your hourly wage.
We do have a 90 day probationary period. After those 90 days, you will be offered Health care benefits, including medical and eye care. We also offer a couple of different Aflac benefits. You will also receive paid holidays. After 1 year of service, you will receive paid vacation time and also offered to participate in the companies IRA with a 3% employer match rate.
